STOCKAR – AUTOMATIC ROLL FEEDER FOR CONTINUOUS SPREADING
STOCKAR is an automated roll feeding system designed for production environments where roll changes are frequent. It eliminates downtime by enabling seamless transitions between rolls, significantly improving efficiency.
This system was specially developed to integrate with the AUTEX Líder Plus automatic spreader, but it also suits companies that need to load and prepare fabric rolls in advance. It’s ideal for workflows where multiple rolls are used in the same batch or where operators prepare materials separately from the spreading process.
EFFICIENT ROLL CHANGES IN SECONDS
STOCKAR can automatically unload the roll in use or the empty cardboard tube and load the next one in just seconds. It is also compatible with AUTEX loaders (Cargo-80, 100, 300, 500 and CarTecno), ensuring broad compatibility.
Rolls are loaded at the rear of the unit, while the front is responsible for feeding the spreader.
