Autex, a leader in textile industry innovation, has developed the Cargo, fabric loader range, specifically designed to optimize roll loading for our spreading machines. With precise engineering and unmatched versatility, Cargo loaders ensure efficient, safe, and adaptable handling for various production configurations.
AUTEX CARGO LOADER RANGE
TABLETOP LOADERS:
These loaders attach directly to the spreading machine, allowing rolls to be loaded at any point on the table, ensuring maximum production flexibility.
• CARGO60: Designed for Línea Pro and Línea Plus machines, loads rolls from the table directly into the cradle. Supports rolls up to 100 kg.
• CARGO80: Compatible with the Línea Pro, loads from the table to the cradle or a roll bar support system. Includes a special alignment system for proper fabric positioning. Maximum weight: 100 kg.
• CARGO81: A variation of Cargo 80, adapted for Línea Plus machines.
FLOOR LOADERS:
Ideal for heavier loads or specific setups, these loaders transport rolls from the floor to the machine. They can be fixed to a cutting table, transfer table, or work autonomously.
• CARGO100: Compatible with Línea Pro, loads rolls from the floor into the cradle. Supports up to 100 kg.
• CARGO200: Same design as Cargo 100, optimized for the Línea Plus.
• CARGO300: Designed for the Goliat 300 machine, it’s foldable and ideal for denim or similar heavy fabrics. It can load and unload rolls from the floor to the cradle and vice versa. Maximum weight: 300 kg.
• CARGO500: A version of Cargo 300, designed for the Goliat 500. Supports rolls up to 500 kg.
• CARGO600: Based on Cargo 100’s design, adapted for the Tecno spreading machine.
• CARGOJEANS 300: A specific variant for the Goliat 300 machine, designed for denim or heavy fabric rolls, capable of loading from the floor or a transport cart into the cradle and vice versa. Maximum weight: 300 kg.
