VISIBILITY AND CONTROL DURING INSPECTION
The large inspection area features high-efficiency LED lighting that provides clear and uniform visibility across the entire fabric surface. This makes it easier to detect defects, imperfections and irregularities, even on delicate or dark-colored fabrics.
The PLC control system with touchscreen interface allows fast and intuitive management of the machine’s main operating parameters. Operators can easily adjust speed, control winding direction and configure feeding functions according to production requirements.
Automatic and manual operating modes provide additional flexibility for inspection, rewinding and fabric handling tasks.
ADVANCED TENSION AND EDGE CONTROL SYSTEMS
The AUTEX RV-40 incorporates technologies specifically designed to improve fabric stability during inspection.
The TFS system keeps the fabric free from unwanted tension and pulling, reducing the risk of marks or deformation. At the same time, the ECS system automatically corrects fabric alignment to maintain constant centering during rewinding.
Together, these systems provide more uniform rolls, improved alignment and higher finishing quality.
OPERATOR-FRIENDLY DESIGN
The RV-40 has been designed to improve operator comfort and simplify daily work.
Front and rear foot pedals allow quick operational control without continuously using the touchscreen. The machine also includes a practical resting area for easier handling of finished fabric rolls.
Its compact and durable structure is prepared for continuous industrial operation, ensuring reliability and long-term performance.
SAFETY AND OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
The AUTEX RV-40 complies with European safety regulations and incorporates several protection systems to ensure safe machine operation.
